As a Senior Structural Drafter you're currently working on mid size structural projects leading a small team of Drafters. While the structural work and the people you work with are good, you're thinking it's time you focused on your career goals. These involve working on some really large projects in the billion dollar region in the mining and infrastructure area. I also want to see a career path to Divisional Drafting Manager then overall Drafting Manager.

• Become involved in project management and some client liaison.
• EPCM with a world-wide presence.
• Competency in AutoCAD and previous exposure to structural steel and concrete are needed. A diploma of Structural Engineering and proficiency in Revit are beneficial.
